Get up to $200 from Finder with Optus

Finder is offering digital Visa gift card rewards of up to $200 to eligible customers who purchase participating Optus products via the Finder Comparison Service. To qualify, you must click through the Finder promotional banner, complete your purchase in the same session, and meet all eligibility requirements including activation and service retention conditions. Only one reward is available per eligible product per Finder account/email address, with a maximum of two rewards per customer across different product types (e.g. Mobile and NBN where applicable).

The promotion runs from 1 May 2026 until 31 May 2026, unless withdrawn earlier. It is available only while visible on the Finder Comparison Service. Reward eligibility is assessed later, with an eligibility check conducted on 31 August 2026 and rewards issued on or before 30 October 2026.

Reward amounts are determined based on the offer available at the time your application is submitted via the Finder Comparison Service.

Eligible products must be purchased via the Finder Comparison Service during the promotion period by clicking the Finder promotional banner and completing the transaction online in the same session. Eligible products include:

• Optus Postpaid Mobile (Device Data SIM Plan)
• Optus Postpaid SIM Only Mobile Plan
• Optus Prepaid Mobile (monthly, 186-day, and 365-day plans)

• Purchases made outside the Finder promotional link or banner
• Transactions completed directly via Optus or other channels
• Customers who held or currently hold the same product type within the past 30 days
• Multiple rewards for the same product or duplicate applications
• Optus products not included in the promotion

To be eligible, you must:

• Be 18 years or older and an Australian resident
• Have or create a Finder account and remain a member until reward fulfilment
• Complete a comparison and apply via the Finder Comparison Service
• Click the correct Finder promotional banner before purchasing
• Purchase an eligible Optus product between 1 May 2026 and 31 May 2026
• Activate your SIM within 28 days of purchase
• Maintain an active Optus service for at least 90 days after activation
• Use the same email address for Finder and Optus accounts
• Meet all ongoing eligibility requirements at the time of verification

• Customers who:
  • Are not Finder members
  • Do not use the Finder promotional banner link
  • Complete their purchase outside the promotion period
  • Purchase directly through Optus or other third-party channels
• Customers who cancel, downgrade, suspend, or change their service before completing the 90-day minimum service period
• Customers whose Finder and Optus account details do not match
• Customers using multiple accounts or attempting to claim multiple rewards for the same product
• Customers who redeem other Optus cashback or promotional offers (unless stated otherwise)

• An eligibility check will be completed on 31 August 2026.
• If eligible, your digital Visa gift card will be issued on or before 30 October 2026.
• The reward will be sent via email by Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd.
• You will receive redemption instructions to activate your digital Visa card.
• The card must be activated within 90 days of issue and is valid for 3 years from activation.

If you cancel, suspend, downgrade, or change your eligible Optus service before completing the required 90-day active period, you may forfeit your reward.

You must maintain your Optus service for at least 90 days after activation to remain eligible. After this period has passed and the eligibility check is completed, you are free to switch providers without affecting your reward eligibility.

Eligibility requires maintaining an active Optus service for 90 days after activation. After this, Finder and Optus must verify eligibility before rewards can be processed. This verification and fulfilment process results in rewards being issued up to 30 October 2026.
