Eligibility at a glance

Who can participate?

  • Be a Finder member (create a free account if you're not one).
  • Be 18 years or older and an Australian resident.
  • Be a new HBF customer or have not held an HBF policy (hospital and/or extras, including urgent ambulance) in the last 60 days (excluding dependants coming off a family policy).
  • Complete a health insurance quote and click the unique promotion link while logged in during the Promotion Period (13 May 2026 – 30 June 2026).

Reward requirements

  • Purchase an eligible combined Hospital & Extras policy to receive a $400 digital Visa card, or an eligible Hospital Only policy to receive a $200 digital Visa card.
  • Purchase the eligible policy via the HBF website after clicking the unique promotion link on Finder.
  • The Eligible Cover must have a policy commencement (start) date within the Promotion Period.
  • Pay premiums monthly or fortnightly by direct debit and keep payments up to date.
  • Maintain Eligible Cover until the Reward is fulfilled.
  • Ensure your first name, last name and email address match exactly on both the Finder quote and your HBF policy signup.
