How and when will I receive my reward?

If you meet all eligibility requirements and are among the first 75 eligible customers, your Reward will be made available in your Finder Rewards dashboard on or before 26 February 2027. Finder will email you when your Reward is available to claim. You must claim your Reward within 6 months of the date it is made available in your Finder Rewards dashboard. Once claimed, the Reward will be transmitted to your registered email address or mobile telephone number. Activation, redemption and use of the Reward are subject to the terms of Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd.

What happens if I cancel or change my service?

If you cancel or otherwise fail to maintain an active eligible Aussie Broadband NBN service for at least 90 days after activation, you may no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.

What else should I know about the promotion?

The Reward is limited to the first 75 eligible customers who satisfy all eligibility requirements. The Reward is subject to verification of your eligibility. Finder will determine eligibility and qualifying order based on its records. The Reward is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The Reward is distributed by Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd, whose terms and conditions also apply.
