    Will I be eligible for the finder $110 reward for dodo internet if I set it up over the phone with dodo? I found the deal through your website but called dodo to see if there would be any other set up costs involved as it’s FTTN? And now that salesman is pressuring me to sign up with him over the phone.

      Hi Dan,

      No, you wouldn’t be eligible for the Finder Rewards offer if you sign up over the phone with Dodo directly. You’d need to sign up through Finder so we have your contact information, can track your transaction and confirm your eligibility to then send you your reward.

      You can log into your Finder Member dashboard at any time to see the current status of your reward. Your visa gift card will be delivered via email to your registered email address. Hope this helps!

      That sounds like a very big drop. You’ll need to contact the credit reporting agency to investigate further, we don’t have any direct access to anyone’s personal credit information.

    Hey, I don’t understand how I was not elegible to the Amaysim NBN $100 cashback. Could you please look into this as I was counting on it as I fulfilled all the conditions.

      Hi Daniel,

      We send an email to all customers who make an eligible transaction for this offer. Your email address has been hidden behind an apple ID, so the email confirmation hasn’t been sent to you. If you log into your Finder member account, you should see details of your reward, noting that the terms and conditions for this reward require you remain on an active Amaysim NBN plan for a minimum of 75 days from the activation date. An eligibility check will be conducted on 30 June 2026 and if you’re deemed eligible, your Reward will be issued on or before 30 July 2026.
