    I have signed up with Optus fast NBN through your app on Nov 28. (Acc No: 62390868644).
    Can you please advise if this has been registered in your system, and when I can expect to my finder reward?

      Hi Dragan,

      After you apply for this product, eligibility checks are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the reward is fulfilled 90 days after eligibility is confirmed. You can read more in the full T&Cs here. Hope this helps!

    I clicked the link for nbn $350 gift card. I placed my order from optus for $80 plan. If i upgrade the plan to $84 will i be still eligible for the offer.

      As long as the upgraded NBN plan is also among the eligible NBN products for this promotion, you should still be eligible.

      Hi Rahul,

      To be eligible for this reward, you must maintain an active Optus service for at least 90 days post-activation. After this is verified, gift cards will be sent out, as noted in the T&Cs. Hope this helps!

      Hi there,

      I’m not sure which reward you qualified for, but the majority of our current reward offers have a verification period of 90 days, as noted in the terms and conditions. This allows us time to liaise with the partner, confirm the transactions their end, check eligibility our end, and arrange the rewards. Hope this helps!
