If I were to borrow $3000, can you please explain what is meant by 20% of borrowed amount + 4% of borrowed amount each month, what would be my repayments be if I took the loan out for 12 months.

Hi Pauline,

Thanks for your question.

That’s how the repayments are calculated. So for your $3000 loan, it would be repaid over 12 months. The repayments for the first 6 months are $132 per week and then $56 per week for the second 6 months of the loan. (please note these figures are an approximation and may change. This does not constitute an offer of credit)

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

May
