How and when will I receive my digital Visa card?

An eligibility check will be conducted on 30 September 2026 for qualifying transactions completed during the promotion period. If eligible, your Digital Visa Gift Card will be issued on or before 30 October 2026. You will receive an email with redemption instructions from Blackhawk Network. Reward codes are valid for 90 days from issue and cannot be reissued after expiry.

What happens if I cancel or don’t meet the requirements?

If you do not purchase an eligible Summ Personal subscription plan, purchase the excluded Summ Rookie plan, fail to meet the eligibility criteria, or your transaction is cancelled, refunded, or reversed, you may not qualify for the reward.
