Finder Moomoo Share Trading Switching Promotion (“Promotion”)

Finder is offering up to a $100 digital Visa gift card to eligible new customers who sign up for a Moomoo account through the Finder Comparison Service and deposit at least $1,000 and execute 1 BUY order within 30 days through the Finder Comparison Service (the "Reward").

This Promotion will run for the promotion period advertised on the Finder Comparison Service and may be amended by Finder at any time.

The Terms and Conditions for the Promotion follow below.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to Moomoo through its website at https://www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The Reward is payable through a digital Visa Gift Card distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Blackhawk") (together the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also apply to this promotion.
3. If you decide to sign up to Moomoo using Finder's Comparison Service, please refer to Moomoo's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of Moomoo's terms and conditions. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under Moomoo's product or offering. You must contact Moomoo directly for more information.

Promotion Eligibility

1. Eligible products:
   The Reward is available on the following eligible Moomoo products:
   • Any eligible trade
2. To be eligible for the Offer:
   • Be aged 18 years or over.
   • Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
   • While logged into your Finder Member account, click on the unique promotion link to access Moomoo's product page and complete sign up for a Moomoo account through the Finder Comparison Service in the same session.
   • Deposit at least $1,000 and execute 1 BUY order within 30 days.
   • Maintain an Eligible Moomoo account until the Reward is fulfilled.
   • Be a new Moomoo customer.
   • Use the same email address on the Finder Comparison Service and with Moomoo.
   • Only one Reward may be claimed by each Finder member for a transaction that meets the eligibility criteria ("Qualifying Transaction").

Promotion Ineligibility

3. The Reward will not be issued if:
   • You do not use the unique promotion link while logged into your Finder account to purchase the Eligible Products on Moomoo's website.
   • You are not a Finder member
   • Your email address does not match between Finder and Moomoo.
   • You are a current Moomoo customer
   • You are a Moomoo employee or eligible for staff discounts.
   • You redeem another similar Moomoo promotion or cashback

Additional ineligibility conditions will apply, including:

• Cancelled, refunded, or returned transactions
• Use of VPNs or ad blockers during purchase
• Purchases made through other cashback or rewards websites
• Fraudulent transactions
• Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated
• Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
• Purchases made with Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on Finder's site
• Customers who create or sign in to their Finder account using Apple ID are not eligible for this promotion. Finder is unable to verify eligibility or issue rewards to Apple ID accounts due to privacy restrictions that mask email addresses.

Reward amount

The maximum Reward Amount that an eligible customer may claim will be $100.

Fulfilment and tracking

4. The Fulfilment Eligibility Check will be conducted on an ongoing basis for all Qualifying Transactions that satisfied the eligibility criteria in the preceding period.
5. Your card will be issued electronically within 60 days after you've met all eligibility conditions.
6. Rewards will be distributed via email by Blackhawk. See further details in Disclosures below.

General conditions

7. Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
8. Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
9. Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
10. To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

12. Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners and service providers for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
13. Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
14. All entries and participant data become the property of Finder and will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

Disclosures

15. Finder does not recommend or endorse Moomoo or its products.. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, PDS, TMD, fees and credit and eligibility criteria available on Moomoo's website to ensure that the product is suitable for you.
16. Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
17. This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
18. The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion. 19. All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. Please note, the code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
