What's the offer?
Eligible customers can receive a digital Visa card valued at $40 when they purchase an eligible Dodo NBN or Dodo mobile SIM plan through Finder. Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member per eligible product purchase.
A Finder member may receive up to a maximum of 2 Rewards for successful purchases of an eligible mobile plan and an eligible broadband plan.
What are the key dates for this promotion?
- Promotion starts: 12.01pm 8 September 2025
- Promotion ends: 11.59am 30 September 2025 (or when the cap on claims is reached)
- Eligibility check date: 21 January 2026
- Reward issued date: Up to 120 days, on or before 28 January 2026
How will I know if the offer has ended?
The promotion is capped and will be removed from Finder once the limit is reached. If you're unsure, get in touch with our team before signing up.
Can I also claim Dodo's own offer?
Yes, the Finder reward is separate from any sign-up offers available directly from Dodo. If you're eligible for both, you can claim both.
A product I want isn't listed – can I still get the reward?
No, only the specific plans listed above are eligible. If you're unsure, reach out to us before purchasing.
Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?
The reward is limited to one per Finder account. However, a partner may qualify separately if:
- They create their own Finder account
- Click through from Finder before signing up
- Apply in their own name and email
How do I know if I'm on the right plan?
Eligible plans are:
- Dodo NBN (25Mbps or faster)
- Dodo SIM-only $33 or $38 postpaid plan
You must activate your mobile SIM within 28 days and keep your service active for at least 90 days.
What if my Finder account only has my first name?
You'll need to add both your first and last name in your Finder profile to receive the reward. If you need any assistance with this, please contact us.
Can I upgrade or change my product after signing up?
Yes as long as:
- You signed up through Finder's promotional link
- The new plan is still eligible
- You remain a new Dodo customer and meet the reward conditions
How do I make sure my transaction is tracked?
To stay eligible:
- Click the promotional link while logged in to Finder
- Complete your purchase within 3 hours
- Don't use ad blockers, private browsing or VPNs
- Use the same browser and device throughout
- Don't click through from another cashback, rewards or discount site
When and how will I receive my reward?
- Rewards are sent via email as a digital Visa gift card
- Issued by Blackhawk Network on behalf of Finder
- Delivery within 120 days, by 28 January 2026
- You must activate your gift card by the date in your email (typically 90 days from receipt)
Who do I contact if I haven't received my reward?
If it's past 28 January 2026 and you haven't received your reward:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Contact the Finder customer care team with:
- Your Finder account email
- Confirmation of your Dodo plan (screenshot or receipt)
- Any order or reference numbers
