Here’s what you need to know to claim your Finder reward for signing up with Dodo.

What's the offer?

Eligible customers can receive a digital Visa card valued at $40 when they purchase an eligible Dodo NBN or Dodo mobile SIM plan through Finder. Limited to 1 Reward per Finder member per eligible product purchase.

A Finder member may receive up to a maximum of 2 Rewards for successful purchases of an eligible mobile plan and an eligible broadband plan.

Who is eligible for the reward?

To qualify, you must:

  • Be a Finder member (or sign up for a free Finder account)
  • Be an Australian resident aged 18 or older
  • Click through to Dodo via the promotional link on Finder while logged in
  • Be a new Dodo customer (or not have held an eligible Dodo plan in the last 30 days)
  • Purchase an eligible Dodo product:
    • NBN plan (25Mbps or higher)
    • Mobile SIM plan ($33 or $38 postpaid)
  • Use the same name and email address on your Finder and Dodo accounts
  • Activate your SIM within 28 days (for mobile plans)
  • Keep your plan active for at least 90 days
  • Pay using direct debit and stay up to date with your payments

What are the key dates for this promotion?

  • Promotion starts: 12.01pm 8 September 2025
  • Promotion ends: 11.59am 30 September 2025 (or when the cap on claims is reached)
  • Eligibility check date: 21 January 2026
  • Reward issued date: Up to 120 days, on or before 28 January 2026

How will I know if the offer has ended?

Can I also claim Dodo's own offer?

Yes, the Finder reward is separate from any sign-up offers available directly from Dodo. If you're eligible for both, you can claim both.

  • A Dodo postpaid SIM plan ($33 or $38 only)

Can I get the reward twice if I purchase for a partner or family member?

The reward is limited to one per Finder account. However, a partner may qualify separately if:

  • They create their own Finder account
  • Click through from Finder before signing up
  • Apply in their own name and email

You must activate your mobile SIM within 28 days and keep your service active for at least 90 days.

What if my Finder account only has my first name?

Can I upgrade or change my product after signing up?

Yes as long as:

  • You signed up through Finder's promotional link
  • The new plan is still eligible
