We’re removing the Bills feature from the Finder app
We've made the decision to remove the Bills feature from the Finder app. Thank you to everyone who used this feature and offered their feedback.
When will the Bills feature be removed from the Finder app?
We will confirm the exact date of when the bills feature will be removed from the Finder app via push notification, as well as in the app itself. Right now we expect Bills to be removed from the app on 30 May 2023.
Why is the Bills feature being removed from the Finder app?
The Bills feature was added to the Finder app as a beta in 2020. Since its release we've received valuable feedback from users on what works and what doesn't. Removing Bills from the Finder app will allow us to improve the performance of the app and focus our attention on what matters to our users.
Is there anything I need to do before Bills is removed?
No. There's nothing that needs to be done.
Will Bill tracking be added back into the Finder app in the future?
We are looking at a number of options to improve the existing functionality of Bill tracking in the Finder app. At this stage we will not be re-adding Bill tracking in its current state.
Will the change affect Spend Analytics or Net Wealth tracking?
No. Removing Bills will not impact any other feature, including Spend Analytics and Net Wealth tracking.
I'm still seeing the Bills feature but received a message saying it had been removed
The update will take some time to apply and you may continue to see the Bills feature beyond communicated dates.
