Finder 12 Days of Switchmas Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: 13 December 2025 – 24 December 2025

Promoter: Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121), trading as Finder, Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

1. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow @finder.au on Instagram.
2. Comment "Switchmas" on any 12 Days of Switchmas giveaway post.
3. Access the entry form delivered via ManyChat automation and submit the required details:
   • Full name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Instagram handle

An entry is only valid once all required steps above are completed.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion begins at 12:01am AEDT on 13 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December 2025.

A teaser period (9–12) does not form part of the Promotion Period for eligibility.

4. Prizes

There are 12 daily prizes, plus one final major prize. Daily prize posts will be published from 13–24 December.

Additional prize conditions:

• All gift cards are delivered electronically to the winner's nominated email address.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
• The Promoter may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to supplier constraints.
• Cash prizes will be awarded via bank transfer only.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

1. This promotion is a game of chance. Winners will be drawn at random using a computerised random selection tool.
2. All draws will occur on 15 January 2026 at the Promoter's office.
3. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
4. Winners must respond within 10 business days to claim their prize.
5. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur on 30 January 2026.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to publicly announce winners on Finder's social media channels, website and/or other promotional materials. This may include full name, initials and/or Instagram handle. By entering, participants consent to this announcement.

6. Prize Fulfilment

1. Prizes will be dispatched or transferred from 19 January 2026 onwards.
2. Gift cards will be sent electronically; all other items may require physical delivery.
3. Delivery times may vary based on supplier availability and postage delays.
4. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes once dispatched.

7. Entry Limits

1. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day.
2. Entrants may comment on multiple daily posts but will only receive one valid entry per daily prize draw.
3. Entries generated via bots, scripts or automated systems are invalid and may result in disqualification.

8. Verification

The Promoter may request proof of:

• Identity
• Age
• Instagram account ownership
• Residency
• Completion of entry requirements

Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.

9. Privacy

1. The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting winners and onboarding entrants into the Finder membership database (where consent is provided).
2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy: https://www.finder.com.au/privacy-policy 
3. Entrants consent to the Promoter contacting them with news, offers and updates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Liability

1. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues that prevent entry submission.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
3. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.

11. Promoter Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time
• disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms
• verify entry details
• substitute prizes where reasonably necessary

12. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
