- When you use the Prefill feature, you expressly consent to Finder interacting with the Third Party Service's website or app for the sole purpose of completing your request to automatically fill certain selected information in a Third Party Service form. Finder has no involvement in any transaction that you complete using the AutoFill feature, and you acknowledge and agree that such transaction is solely between you and the Third Party Service and not with Finder or its affiliates. You should contact the Third Party Service directly regarding any issues with a transaction in which you used the AutoFill feature.
- Finder does not collect payment information or process payments on your behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the Prefill feature.
- You agree not to misuse thePrefill feature for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
- The Prefill feature is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
- Finder is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Prefill feature, including data loss, performance issues, or unauthorised transactions.
- If we request and collect your personal information we will collect this in accordance with the Prefill Privacy Collection Notice (https://www.finder.com.au/finder-prefill-privacy-collection-notice).
- Finder will keep a record of your use of the Prefill feature and any feedback that you provide to improve the Prefill's capabilities and Finder's products and services.
- By using the Prefill feature, you agree to Finder's Terms of Service (https://www.finder.com.au/terms-of-service).
If you do not agree with the above terms, please refrain from using the Prefill feature.
