Does Prefill collect your personal information?

What happens if you do not want to provide personal information?
You are in control of what information you share with Prefill and Finder. You should carefully consider what information you want to share with us via Prefill.
If you do not want Finder to collect or handle your personal information, please do not provide us with any personal information and refrain from using the Prefill feature. You have the option of going directly to the provider's website by clicking on the link provided.
What types of personal information do we collect and why?
