This promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 16 and over. It starts at 9am AEST on 13 June 2025 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 30 June 2025, unless withdrawn earlier ("Promotion Period").

The offer is only available to customers who sign up to a NobleOak Capital Life Insurance policy while logged into their Finder member account and clicking on the unique promotion link through the Finder Comparison Service in the same session. Further eligibility details below.

Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd ( ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and switch life insurance policies through its website at http://www.finder.com.au ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The digital Visa card available under this Promotion is provided and distributed by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Blackhawk") (together the "Fulfilment"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's privacy policy also applies to this promotion.
3. If you decide to sign up for the NobleOak Capital Life Insurance policy using Finder's Comparison Service, please refer to NobleOak's Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD) before making a decision. These Terms and Conditions are separate to and do not form part of NobleOak's PDS and TMD. For clarity, Finder is not responsible for and does not supply any services under NobleOak's capital life insurance policies. You must contact NobleOak directly for more information.
4. This promotion is separate to any other promotions that NobleOak may be offering at the same time. Customers may also claim the NobleOak promotions if they satisfy the relevant eligibility criteria for that promotion. See NobleOak terms and conditions on their website for further details.
5. Information on how to participate in the Promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an "Entrant").

Reward Amount

The amount of Reward that eligible customers may claim are as follows:

Promotion Eligibility

1. Eligible Covers:
   The Reward is available to customers who sign up for a NobleOak Life Insurance policy ("Eligible Policy").
2. To be eligible for the Offer:
   • Create a Finder member account if you are not already a Finder member.
   • While logged into your Finder member account:
     1. Click on the unique promotion link on the Finder Comparison Service,
     2. Complete a quote for the Eligible Policy on NobleOak's Website,
     3. Sign up and start the Eligible Policy after 9am AEST 13 June 2025 and before 11.59pm AEST 30 June 2025.
   • Maintain the Eligible Policy until the Reward is fulfilled.
   • Be a new NobleOak Capital Life Insurance policyholder.
   • Must have Australian residence.
   • Pay premiums via direct debit and ensure payments are up to date at the time of the Fulfilment.
   • Provide the email address used to purchase the Eligible Policy on NobleOak’s website.
   • Customer's first name, last name and email address must match exactly in the Finder member account and the purchase transaction on NobleOak’s website.
   • Only one Reward may be claimed for each transaction that meets the eligibility criteria.
3. The Reward does not apply to:
   • Customers who:
     1. are not a Finder member,
     2. Customers who sign up or start an Eligible Policy before 13 June 2025 or after 30 June 2025 or after the promotion has been withdrawn, or,
     3. sign up and start an Eligible Policy without using the unique promotion link on the Finder Comparison Service
   • Not available to NobleOak employees.
   • Current NobleOak policyholders.
   • Customer's first name, last name and email address that do not match exactly in the Finder member account and the purchase transaction on NobleOak's website.
4. Fulfilment of the Reward will be made on or before 90 days after the purchase of the Eligible Policy.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, add to, or end this Reward, along with its terms and conditions, at any time without notice. Changes made will be effective immediately and will be reflected in the Terms and Conditions.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify your eligibility and to disqualify you from participating in the Promotion if you are deemed to be ineligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
8. Any cost associated with participating in the Promotion is your sole responsibility.
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim of the promotional code that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by you.
10. The laws of the state of New South Wales govern the Promotion.
11. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and suppliers. Participation in this Promotion is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
12. You acknowledge that:
    • Finder is not recommending that you should switch your life insurance policy to NobleOak,
    • you have done your own research before deciding to switch your life insurance policy to NobleOak, and
    • Finder may receive a referral fee or commission if you proceed to switch your health insurance policy to NobleOak.
13. "The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion.     • All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. Please note, the code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
