Role Overview
The Brand Partnerships Executive is responsible for delivering and facilitating market-leading integration solutions for clients. You are a self-starter who isn't afraid to hustle and supports the wider Brand Partnerships team in driving growth as well as meticulously implementing partner campaigns.
As a key member of the core content partnerships team, you have great commercial acumen and an eye for detail as you manage and oversee the delivery & partner communication around successful campaigns, as well as identifying opportunities for partnerships to grow.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the Brand Partnerships Producer & Editor to flawlessly implement the delivery of existing campaigns
- Establish and maintain great relationships with new and existing partners
- Seamlessly and proactively communicate campaign success to partners
- Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency (creation, reporting, tracking, and implementation)
- Understand audience segments on Finder and enable the brand partnerships team to effectively communicate these to clients
- Assist the Video Production Lead with pre-production preparation and on-set support during shoots
- Attend shoots with the production team to ensure campaign objectives are met
- Coordinate and brief internal stakeholders ahead of shoots and campaign launches
- Help track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across key metrics, including dwell time, reach and open rates to demonstrate content impact for clients
- Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency (creation, reporting, tracking, implementation)
- Support partner events, including sourcing and managing influencers, coordinating guest lists and logistics
- Assist in the planning and execution of event experiences tied to brand partnership campaigns
Essential Requirements
- You have experience delivering & implementing brand partnership campaigns, as well as an understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- You have a foundational understanding of key marketing and productivity tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and the Google Suite
- Confidence working with data and reporting - comfortable building and presenting PCRs and translating performance metrics into clear partner updates
- You have a strong finger on the pulse of social formats and trends across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and understand how to apply these insights to brand partnerships and content
- You are proactive in pitching new ideas both internally and to clients
- You are detail oriented and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously as well as identifying opportunities for partners to grow in their relationships with Finder
- Comfort representing the Finder brand in market or on set
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships and partnerships
- You aren't afraid to hustle for results - either for clients or Finder
- You always have a solution, no matter the problem!
