Finder Gemini Promotion (“Promotion”) January 2026

Finder is offering a $100 digital Visa gift card to eligible individuals who sign up as a new customer with Gemini and complete an eligible trade of at least $100 through the Finder Comparison Service (the "Reward").

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet the eligibility requirements. The Promotion Period begins on 27 January 2026 and ends on or before 23 February 2026.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1. The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN: 18 118 785 121) ("Finder") of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Finder offers customers the ability to compare and sign up to services and products through its website at
   www.finder.com.au
   ("Finder Comparison Service").
2. The Reward is distributed and fulfilled by Finder's supplier, Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703) ("Blackhawk") (the "Fulfilment Partner"). Blackhawk's terms and conditions and Finder's
   Privacy Policy
   also apply.
3. If you decide to proceed with Gemini, please refer to Gemini's terms and conditions and privacy policy before making any decisions. These Terms and Conditions are separate from Gemini's terms. Finder does not supply Gemini products or services.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
• While logged into your Finder account, click on the unique promotion link to access Gemini's product page and complete your new Gemini account registration during the same session.
• Complete at least one eligible trade with a minimum value of $100 on your Gemini account.
• Use the same email address for your Finder account and your Gemini account.

Other eligibility conditions include:

• You must be a new Gemini customer (no existing or previous Gemini accounts).
• You must reside in Australia.
• Only one Reward is available per Finder member.

3. Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• You do not use the unique Finder promotion link.
• You sign up with Gemini outside the Promotion Period.
• You fail to complete an eligible trade of at least $100
• Your Finder and Gemini email addresses do not match.
• You are a current Gemini customer or employee.
• You redeem another similar Gemini promotion or cashback offer.

Additional exclusions apply, including:

• Cancelled, reversed or invalid trades.
• Use of VPNs, ad blockers or private browsing that prevents tracking.
• Sign-ups via other cashback or rewards websites.
• Fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activity.
• Use of unauthorised promo codes not listed on Finder.

4. Reward Amount

• The maximum Reward available under this promotion is $100.

5. Fulfilment and tracking

• An eligibility check will be conducted on 2 March 2026 for all qualifying transactions completed during the Promotion Period.
• If you are deemed eligible, your Reward will be issued on or before 31 March 2026.

General conditions

7. Finder reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
8. Finder may verify participant eligibility and disqualify individuals who breach these terms.
9. Any costs associated with participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.
10. To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion, including technical or fulfilment errors.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy

By participating, you acknowledge that:

12. Finder may collect and share your personal information with fulfilment partners and service providers for the purposes of processing and verifying your eligibility.
13. Finder may use your data for research, marketing, or promotional purposes unless you opt out.
14. All entries and participant data will be managed in accordance with Finder's Privacy Policy.

15. Finder does not recommend or endorse Gemini or its products. You are responsible for reviewing all relevant terms, PDS, TMD, fees and credit and eligibility criteria available on Gemini's website to ensure that the product is suitable for you.
16. Finder may receive a commission if you proceed with the transaction via the Finder Comparison Service.
17. This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
18. The Activ™ Gift Card ('Card') is issued by Heritage and People's Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 ('Heritage') pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 ('Blackhawk') is Heritage's program manager for the Card. Blackhawk and Heritage are not associated with this promotion. 19. All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. Please note, the code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole. The Activ Visa card has a 3-year expiry from the issue date.
