Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Hive Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 18 118 785 121) of Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ("Finder").
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Seven Network (Operations) Limited, or any associated agencies or companies are ineligible to enter. This includes employees of Hive Empire Pty Ltd (Finder), its related bodies corporate, and any agencies, contractors or entities directly associated with the conduct of this competition.
3. Promotional Period
The competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 24 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 23 September 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this time will not be considered.
Finder reserves the right to close the Competition earlier without warning, subject to approval by the governing state authorities.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:
(a) Watch performances of the Finder.com.au jingle by The Voice contestants and submit their vote on finder.com.au/thevoice. These performances may appear on:
(i) The Voice broadcast on Channel 7 or streamed on 7plus;
(ii) Finder's official website or social media channels; or
(iii) The Voice social media channels.
(b) Visit the competition landing page via the unique URL (finder.com.au/thevoice)
(c) Vote for their favourite contestant by selecting a video and submitting the online entry form including full name, email address and any other requested details.
5. Entry Limits
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries using the same email address will be deemed ineligible.
Finder reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at Finder's discretion. Failure by Finder to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
2. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Prize
There is one (1) major prize to be won:
A cash prize of $10,000 AUD to be awarded via gift card, bank transfer or cheque.
The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for any other goods or services. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Prize Draw
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at Hive Empire Pty Ltd, Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000, at 11:00am AEST on 25 September 2025. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days and their first initial, last name and postcode may be published on finder.com.au and/or associated Finder and The Voice social media channels.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted, Finder reserves the right to redraw the prize and select a new winner.
If the prize remains unclaimed or is forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, Finder will conduct further redraws, as required, at Level 10, 99 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000, at 12:00pm AEST on 18 October 2025. The winner if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the redraw and their first initial, last name and postcode may be published on finder.com.au and/or associated Finder and The Voice social media channels.
Where there is no prize winner or the prize winner cannot be found, that fact will be published.
9. Use of Entries
By entering the promotion, participants agree that their entry details may be used by Finder for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to Finder. All entries become the property of Finder.
10. Liability
Finder is not responsible for any technical issues, delayed or misdirected entries, or any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from this promotion, unless the loss arises from Finder's negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Network Involvement
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta Platforms. The Voice is a program broadcast by the Seven Network, and this competition is run in conjunction with their promotional platform.
12. General
Finder reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Finder reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition - or to update these Terms and Conditions - at any time, subject to applicable state and territory legislation. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published on the competition website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
