With Australia Day looming, it’s time for streaming services to wheel out some Aussie icons to keep us entertained.

It’s a brand new year, and a brand new slate of shows coming to the big three streaming services. As you settle down to make (and break) your New Year’s resolutions, here’s what you’ll be able to enjoy across Presto, Stan and Netflix.

What’s new on Presto in January 2016

Presto headlines its January offerings with True Detective Season One, as well as a wide selection of movie titles, mostly classic older library fare. Still, if you can’t enjoy Aladdin, you need to take a long hard look at yourself.

Presto will also showcase existing content as special collections, which in January will comprise "TV’s Leading Ladies", "Movies So Bad They’re Good", "Top Aussie TV For Australia Day" and "A Taste Of Tarantino".
