I have been using this site for months to search for where things (tv and movies) are being streamed. I used it around 4th Sept without issue but I came on today (8th Sept) and cannot seem to locate the search function. Has this been removed for some reason?

      Hi Kat,

Unfortunately, we suffered a technical issue earlier. However, the good news is that it’s working again now. Please let me know if you have any issues with the search function or finding a show that you’re looking for.

      Cheers,
      Aaron

      Hi William,

I can’t find any such movie with “Reo” in the title. However, there is a recent ABC/Netflix TV series called “Pine Gap” about a secret American/Australian intelligence facility. Could that be what you’re looking for? It was available on ABC iview at release but it has since been removed.

It’s currently available on Apple iTunes but will likely make its way to Netflix eventually.

      Hope that helps!

We were connected to Netflix through our Optus Fetch box. Unfortunately, the Fetch box has problems and will be replaced by Optus in a few days. In testing for problems, the box was rebooted, and we were disconnected from our Netflix account. We were not able to notify Netflix that we were clearing our Fetch box.

Is our Netflix account still active, even though we are advised to rejoin? Will we need to rejoin Netflix? Does Netflix know that we are disconnected? If we rejoin, will we be charged double for Netflix, as it may appear to them that we have 2 accounts? Can you help me?

      Hi Warren,

      Thanks for your inquiry

Yes, your Netflix account is still active. You don’t have to rejoin Netflix and pay the fees again. After the new box arrives, you may just log in using your old Netflix account details and enjoy your subscription. No need to notify Netflix about this, but if you want clarification you may contact them directly.

      Hope this information helps

      Cheers,
      Arnold

      Hi Albert,

Netflix, Presto and Stan all have a selection of classic movies. Though, you might have more luck finding what you’re looking for on iTunes.

      Cheers,
      Brodie
