We love a store that rewards its customers with perks like free shipping. City Beach is one of them. For most of Australia, free standard shipping is available with all orders over $80. Orders below this are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.99. This service isn't available in WA.
For WA-based orders, free express shipping is available for orders over $100. Orders below this are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $13.99.
What else do you need to know about City Beach delivery?
Standard post will take about 7 to 10 business days for metro areas. For express post, you can expect your delivery within two to four business days.
If you're purchasing a bulky item, such a surfboard, you will be charged on a per item basis. City Beach may use a courier service to deliver your product.
You are not eligible for free shipping when you check out using a City Beach gift card.
City Beach returns and exchanges
City Beach offers returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Provided you still have the tax invoice or receipt, the product has not been worn or damaged, and the original tags are still attached you are eligible to return your item/s.
What is City Beach's online return policy?
City Beach will not allow you to return items in store for a full refund. You can only get a refund by posting your item back to City Beach. They will also not allow you to send items you bought in store back to the online store.
You have 30 days to return or exchange any unwanted items from City Beach, provided they are in the right condition. You must:
