I have a valid promo code BIGNIGHT from codecoupon.
When I copied it into appropriate space the error message was displayed.
To follow up the BIGNIGHT coupon is for after 5. It is currently 9.45pm. So whether you mean after 5am or 5pm, either way it is after 5.

Hi. I bought something online two nights ago and my credit card did not get approved the first time. But when I went back to pay for it again, the price went up by $160. I emailed them to ask them if they were able to bring the price back down but have yet to hear from them. Do you think they will bring it back down? THanks.

Hi, I returned my parcel today, this was my diet time so I don’t really know what to do. I went to the post office and they ask me if I wanted to send it as “letter” or as parcel. I said, letter. So, what now? It is done, or do I have to do something more? P.s. I returned it from Sweden.

    • Staff
      Shirley | March 28, 2014

      Hi Louise,

      Thanks for your question.

On the ASOS website, it says “We want to give you a hassle-free way to return any item to us for a refund. You can return any items in their original condition within 28 days of the date you received your order. Simply fill out the Returns Form enclosed in your order. Next to the products listed, select one of the reason codes against your return. We use the Returns Form to identify your order so it’s important that you include the completed form in your parcel so we can refund you for the item. You can place a new order if a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required, and return the original item(s) to us for a refund. If you haven’t got your Returns Note or Label anymore, then you can click the attachment at the bottom to print off a new one.”

If you’ve followed those instructions, then your return should be fine. However, it may be best to confirm with ASOS.

      Cheers,
      Shirley

Today I selected two watches to purchase. I completed all details until it came to payment. This is when I struck a problem. The number on my visa card was rejected, stating it was invalid. I’m wondering why this has occurred. Lesley

      Marc | February 17, 2014

      Hi Lesley,
      thanks for the question.

This problem could be an issue with your account or an issue with the ASOS payment gateway. I’d recommend calling your card provider first to see if there are any things related to your account which need attention, and then if this is all in order contact ASOS to find out what the issue could be.

      Cheers,
      Marc.

I tried to use a discount code which had today’s date on it and when I got to the last button to pay, nothing happened and I was sent back to the home page. When I tried to redo my order, it said that the code had been used, but I hadn’t finalised the payment :(

      Marc | August 22, 2013

      Hello Caroline,
      thank you for the question.

It may be helpful to contact ASOS directly regarding this matter, as we don’t manage their website.

Here is the process for entering promo codes, you may want to ensure you’re doing everything correctly.

Here is how you use a promo code according to ASOS:

‘Your discount/promo code has to be entered in the box which states ‘Promo code or Student Code’ within the ‘Order Summary’ section.

Once you have entered the code, click on ‘Update’.

You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can’t be applied later.

I’ve sent you more information regarding this via email.’

      I hope this helps,
      Marc.
