With so many streaming services at your fingertips, it's difficult to determine which will be the one to suit your entertainment needs. Free trials are here to help you make that decision without shelling out cash to test each and every one.
Foxtel Now offers a free 10-day trial for new customers looking to test-drive the platform for themselves. All you need to do is sign up and the free trial is yours.
To get your free trial, simply visit the Foxtel Now website, sign up and build your package.
When you sign up to Foxtel Now, you build your subscription by selecting a number of channel packs. Each pack gives you access to specific TV channels (and the on-demand content associated with them), so you can choose based on your preferences.
Users start by selecting the entry package (Pop + Lifestyle), then can add Premium Packs into the mix, like Drama, Sport and Movies. If you decide to subscribe to all the packages, you'll also get the speciality packs, Docos and Kids, for free. Keep in mind that the more packs you add, the more expensive your subscription will be once the trial is over.
Regardless of the number of packs you choose, the free trial will enable you to access them all. In other words, you'll have access to everything Foxtel Now has to offer for the first 10 days. Once the trial is over, you'll only be able to watch content from the packs you selected when setting up your subscription.

I would like to know the price monthly if the only thing I am interested in is Sky News.
Hi Alicia,
Thanks for reaching out to Finder!
Sky News is included in Foxtel’s Entertainment Pack which means you cannot get it as a stand alone channel. When you subscribe to Foxtel, you must always subscribe to the Entertainment Pack however, you can add or remove other channel packs month to month by calling them.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Charisse
When the 10-day free trial ends, does Foxtel Now have a lock-in contract? And if so, how many months?
Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for reaching out to Finder.
Foxtel Now does not have any subscription lock-in period. You may cancel your Foxtel Now Service at any time by notifying them and your service will be disconnected at the end of any trial period or at the end of the current Service Period.
You may reconnect your Foxtel Now Service at any time via your Foxtel Now Account on the Foxtel Website however, please note that you may no longer be eligible for any trial or discounts you were receiving previously.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Charisse
I signed up for this product, it will not work on my PC or Tablet.
As I provided my credit card details I then attempted to cancel the service. When I went into my account I was directed to Telstra as my foxtel service is through Telstra. I rang Telstra, they cannot access the details to cancel the service. As I have provided Foxtel with my credit card details is looks like they will bill my credit card direct, not through Telstra. This is a catch 22, I cannot cancel the service through Foxtel and I am a
Telstra customer, and I cannot cancel through Telstra as they will not be billing me. This is a complete waste of time, and as it stands currently I will not be able to cancel a service which will not work. Surely this should not be this difficult.
Hi Gail,
To cancel your Foxtel package, simply log in to your account here and click the deactivate button. You will then be transferred to a “Deactivate Service” page. Fill in the form on that page and click the orange deactivate service button. Your account will be cancelled when your current billing cycle is over.
Thanks,
Brodie
Will foxtel Go be available on more android devices, or is there anyway I am able to get it to work on devices where it says it is not compatible? It is available on my Samsung S5 but it is not compatible with my Viewsonic VSD220 Tablet running Android Version 4.04.
Hi Brett,
Only select Android devices are currently compatible with Foxtel Go. I’d recommend checking in with the Foxtel community and making recommendations via this thread on compatible devices.
Thanks,
Brodie
