Vayama's coronavirus (COVID-19) cancellation and changes policy update

As of 18 March 2020, Vayama is obliging to the changes and cancellation policies as set by the airline you are flying with.

There are no current updates on how future bookings made on Vayama are affected.

  • 24/7 customer service. Get in touch with a Vayama customer service representative to answer any questions about your booking 24 hours a day via live chat.

Cons

  • No upgrades after confirmation. You aren’t able to upgrade to a Plus or Complete ticket after your booking is confirmed.
  • Booking fees may apply. Booking fees are applied to some bookings in some cases.
  • Charges in USD. While you can book flights within and from Australia using Vayama, you’ll be charged in USD so you’ll need to figure out exactly how much you’re paying ahead of time. The rate you will pay depends on your bank’s rate.

Are there any Vayama booking fees?

In most cases, all charges are included in the price and Vayama does not charge booking fees. There are some exceptions for particular routes, including domestic US flights.

A non-refundable service fee may be applied to some bookings depending on the departure point, destination or the issue country of the credit card. If applicable, this fee will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

What is the Vayama cancellation policy?
