They confirm postage times through email when they receive your order and have a large number of carriers in Australia including Australia Post, TNT and Direct Freight. Sit Back and Relax confirms that the order you receive will not be mishandled during the delivery process and will be safely delivered to you within 2 days.
Refunds, exchanges and returns for Sit Back and Relax items
Stocked-up products up to a maximum of 5 items on a single order can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive the order. This is comparatively a shorter period to return a product. But you can return your SitFit chair within 30 days from the date of receipt of order.
On the rare occasion, if you get an incorrect chair size, you are entitled to return the chair within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, this 30 day period is only allowed for a single chair purchase and returns. Any product or item which requires assembling is not entitled to refund or exchanges once it is assembled. This policy is applicable to desking products and those chairs that require assembly and are advertised as flat packed. You can only claim a refund or exchange an item if it is returned in the same condition as it was when you purchased it and should be returned in its original packaging.
