Pros

  • Easy-to-use app. Download the app for fast and simple ordering and updates while you’re on the go.
  • Pick-up available. If you would prefer to pick up your own meal, you can use Foodora to make the order, pick it up yourself and save on the delivery fee.
  • Sign up for more. Enter your email address to get news about promotions and other deals.

Cons

  • Delivery fees apply. Your delivery fees will be applied at the checkout and will depend on the distance between your address and the location of the restaurant.
  • Not available in every city. Foodora is only available in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane as of July 2018.

How can I get Foodora free delivery?

If you choose to get your meal delivered, delivery fees will be applied at the checkout. A delivery estimate is provided during the checkout process. All deliveries must be made within two hours of ordering, but most are delivered sooner. Free pick-up is also an available option.

What is the Foodora refunds policy?

Policies about order cancellations and refunds are handled by the individual restaurants themselves, rather than Foodora. However, most orders are unable to be changed once confirmed. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, or if there is a problem with your order, contact the restaurant directly.
