As of 17 March, guests with a reservation to stay at an Adina property prior to 30 April can cancel their booking without penalty or can opt to change their check-in to a later date. Existing guests with a non-flexible reservation booked after 30 April can change their check-in date, but this new date must be on or before 29 December 2020.
If you're planning to book at an Adina property, guests who make a reservation for a check-in date after 30 April will be eligible for a date change up to 29 December 2020. Room rate differences may apply.
Guests who are booked to stay prior to 30 April 2020* at our Adina Hotels, Vibe Hotels, Rendezvous, Travelodge Hotels and TFE Hotels Collection properties may cancel their reservation without penalty or change arrival to a later date. Existing non-flexible reservations beyond 30 April 2020 can postpone their reservation through to 29 December 2020* without penalty. This can be done by contacting Central Reservations on 13 86 42 (within Australia), +61 2 9356 5062, or simply by calling the hotel direct.

Confirmed reservations must be cancelled by 2pm the day before arrival to avoid cancellation fees. The fee for a late cancellations or for a no-show is equal to the first night of the reservation, and will be charged automatically to the card used to confirm the booking.
