EA's latest iteration of the popular Battlefield series has officially been released. Here’s where you can score a copy for the cheapest price in Australia.

The Battlefield franchise is one of the biggest first-person shooters in history. Each game contains a variety of large, open maps with large player counts, and a diverse range of land, sea, and air vehicles. The latest entry in the franchise, Battlefield One, is set during The Great War. Fully automatic weaponry and high tech vehicles from previous entries are replace with slow, but brutal, firearms, clunky tanks, and horses.

The new campaign mode features several mini-stories that span of several different characters over various conflicts throughout, including one mission where you play as a carrier pigeon. As per every Battlefield game, all eyes are on the multiplayer. It takes advantage of the game's setting and features a wide array of maps spanning several continents while providing a slower and grimier style of trench warfare.
