How do I cancel my Frango order?
Uber Eats. You can only cancel before the restaurant has accepted your order by clicking 'Cancel Order' on the order tracking screen.
DoorDash. A customer has the option to cancel their order if the restaurant has not accepted it yet. You can do so by clicking on the icon of a person with the headset on the top right corner of the screen and tapping the "cancel order" button. An order can still be cancelled after the restaurant has started preparing the meal by contacting DoorDash's support team. However, you will not be issued a refund.
Menulog. Cancel your Menulog order on the website or app by calling the Menulog customer service team or sending them a chat message. It should be noted that if your cancellation happens once the restaurant has started preparing your meal or if your meal is on its way, you will be charged 50% of the full order value.
