About HelloFresh discount codes

  • Allergies. If you're allergic to anything, HelloFresh can cater for you; but there is a limited range. Unfortunately, some recipes are not completely free from any allergens such as milk, nuts, egg, sesame seeds, fish, crustacean, soy, sulphites and gluten.

Shipping guide for HelloFresh

HelloFresh delivers to most parts of Australia, and you can choose your delivery day and time based on available windows. Just make sure you place your order before the order cut off of Tuesday 11.59pm Sydney time for NT, WA, SA and Wednesday 11.59pm for NSW, VIC, QLD, the week before your delivery.

You will receive a text message the day before delivery with a tracking link. Don't worry if you're not home as the boxes are packed with insulation to keep your ingredients fresh. You can also nominate a safe place for HelloFresh to leave your order.

Exchanges, returns and refunds with HelloFresh

There are no exchanges, returns or refunds with HelloFresh, as it is similar to a subscription; however, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. You will need to let them know by the cut-off times listed above so that your cancellation is effective for the following week.

    iMy fruit box yesterday but the cantaloupe was not ready to eat and the kiwi fruit was soft as I wish to cancel fruit box but I will continue with classic box 5 x2.

      Thanks for your question. Which coupon code are you referring to? As an existing customer, you can use any coupon that doesn’t specify ‘first customer’, ‘first order’ etc.

      For example, you can take advantage of the ‘40% off 3 meals for 2 people’ offer.
