These prices are sure to put a spring in your step.

It's that time of the week again, Jetstar has dropped another Fare Frenzy to make seeing Australia's backyard that much cheaper.

Some of our favourite fares include Newcastle to Gold Coast from $45 and Sydney to the Whitsunday Coast from $69 one way.

The flights don't stop there, with Brisbane to Uluru and Sydney to Hamilton Island from $89 one way.

With health recommendations and restrictions changing daily, please check with Smartraveller before you make any travel plans.

Wondering when you can take off? The travel dates run between 3 August and 26 September 2020 which means you can enjoy that Australian spring air we all know and love.

If it's a holiday on a budget that you're after, why not head out to the Hunter Valley in September for cheap flights and accommodation. The wine region is a three hour drive from Sydney and about an hour from Newcastle airport.

Jetstar is also making sure you fly with ease by offering one free date change for bookings made before 27 July 2020. This applies to all travel departing up until 31 October 2020.

We think you'll want to check these out too:

  • Gold Coast to Sydney from $45 one way
  • Cairns to Gold Coast from $59 one way
  • Townsville to Brisbane from $65 one way

So where can you book? Head over to Skyscanner now to lock in your fares.

You know the drill, get them before they fly off the shelves – this sale ends at 8pm tonight (17 July).

How good are these fares?

  • Price: Great. On any given day you could be spending up to $190 on a return fare from Sydney to the Gold Coast whereas flights in this sale bring the total to $90. That's a huge saving of $100 on a round trip (not bad if you ask us).

  • Airline: Good. Jetstar is a budget airline which means that your airfares do not include checked baggage, in-flight meals or entertainment. These can be added for an extra fee.
  • Travel time: Great. Like most Jetstar routes, you can forget connection times as these flights fly direct.
  • Weather: Great. With spring travel dates we suggest checking the red centre with a trip to Uluru. September is the perfect time to check out everything that there is to see with lower temperatures and bigger savings as you'll be avoiding the winter holidays.
