Shipping guide for YesStyle
To access free shipping on express deliveries, which take between three and five working days to arrive, you must purchase items worth $99 and above. For standard deliveries you get free shipping on all orders valued above $25. Delivery for standard shipping will take place within seven to 14 days. Orders that don’t qualify for free shipping will incur the following costs: express shipping $9.99, standard shipping $2.99.
Express shipping orders are shipped via DPEX and DHL while standard orders are shipped using the post office service. Note that express shipping orders cannot be delivered to post office box addresses. All orders come with a tracking number.
Refunds, exchanges and returns for YesStyle
All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorisation, which is provided by the customer service department. You can return items for replacements and repairs. The online store has different return policies for the different items sold. All defective items can be exchanged within 14 days. However, YesStyle does not provide size exchanges on items such as swimwear and innerwear, jewellery, accessories and beauty products.
If the item returned is out of stock, a refund will be made in the form of store credit.
