The cost of shipping depends on where you would like your cake delivered to. Delivery areas are broken down into six zones and costs start at $35. It is free to pick up your cake from Yeners Cakes.
Due to the delicate nature of the product, Yeners Cakes require that upon pickup the person receiving the cake must sign a form declaring that they received the cake in good condition and that the handling of the cake after pickup specified by Yeners Cakes is strictly adhered to. Yeners Cakes will not be held responsible for the condition of the cake after pickup.
Refunds, exchanges and returns for Yeners Cakes
If the cake is damaged after pickup, no refunds will be given. Once an order is placed and a deposit paid, the order will be considered confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed order will result in a fee of $20.
While Yeners Cakes will take all precautions to ensure that delivery times are met, in the case of unforeseen circumstances that causes delays or damage to the cake, Yeners Cakes will not be held liable or refund the cost of the cake.
If the cake arrives with the wrong flavour, the customer is entitled to a free cake made with the correct flavour (not decorated) up to 12 months after the original order date.
