The Woolworths Everyday Platinum combines the features of a rewards and balance transfer credit card. The credit card points program is best suited to loyal Woolworths customers who shopping rewards rather than travel or frequent flyer perks. If you use this card to conduct a balance transfer, it’s important to remember that you won’t earn any points on the transfer or repayments. Whether you’re using the card to spend or repay an existing debt, the $0 first year annual fee can help you cut card costs.

Hi Edmondo,
Thank you for getting in touch with Finder.
One of the eligibility requirements of this card is having at least $30,000 as your annual minimum income. Since you do not meet its income requirement, I suggest that you look for other options. You may start comparing credit cards for pensioners like you using our comparison table. When you are ready, press the ‘Go to site’ to apply.
Please make sure though to read the eligibility criteria, features, and details of the card, as well as the relevant PDS/T&Cs of the card before making a decision and consider whether the product is right for you.
I hope this helps.
Thank you and have a wonderful day!
Cheers,
Jeni

how much is the balance transfer charge, if balance transfer get approved with new platinum card application?
Nikki Angco
January 31, 2019
Hi Urjal,
Thanks for getting in touch! The Woolworths Everyday Platinum credit card has a balance transfer fee/charge (fee must be asked from Woolworths directly) but if you apply by 31 January 2019, you will be exempted from the balance transfer fee.
If you’re looking to explore credit cards with 0 balance transfer fees, you may visit this page. It’s also helpful to check the card’s balance transfer terms and conditions on the provider’s webpage should you need more information or chat with their consultants for any clarification. Hope this helps!
Best,
Nikki

I just started my job and never have a credit card in Australia before. How many months of payslip is needed for me to apply for this credit card?

Hello Joey,
Thank you for your comment.
Most card issuers require only three of your most recent payslip. This means you can apply in your second month of work if you get paid fortnightly. You may want to check our guide about credit cards for new employees. This is the same with Woolworths.
Should you wish to have real-time answers to your questions, try our chatbox on the lower right corner of our page.
Regards,
Jhezelyn

Does the Woolworths everyday platinum card work with apple pay

Hi Tigger,
Thank you for leaving a question.
Yes you would be able to link your Woolworths Everyday Platinum Credit Card with Apple Pay. To begin using Apple Pay, open Wallet (formerly Passbook) on your iPhone, tap Add Credit or Debit Card and enter your card details. Tap Next, after which your card will be verified by your bank – once that’s done, tap Next. You can now use Apple Pay. You can also register through some banks’ own apps. The process is largely similar to Apple Wallet’s – see your bank’s website for more details. Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Reggie

Woolworths Card quote. “When you earn 4,000 points, you’ll receive a $20 Shopping Card every 4 months.”
So if I earn more than 4000 points (say 12000) will I receive a shopping card to the value of $60 every 4 months?
Is this card compatible with Samsung Pay?

Hi Lindsay,
Thanks for your message and for visiting finder – the leading comparison website & general information service built to give you advice in your buying decision needs. How are you doing today?
To answer your questions:
1. So if I earn more than 4000 points (say 12000) will I receive a shopping card to the value of $60 every 4 months?
Points are subject to the Woolworths Shopping Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. As per their website,“Every 4 months, points are automatically converted to a Woolworths Shopping Card redeemable at participating Woolworths Group stores. Participating stores may change from time to time. The Shopping Card expires 90 days after date of issue. Minimum of 4,000 points is required to receive a $20 Shopping Card”
You may confirm with the card company if you will receive more than 1 card if you earn more than $4000 points.
Is this card compatible with Samsung Pay?
You can use the Woolworths Money app to make payments with your card. As for Samsung Pay, you may have to inquire this with the card company.
Please note that we’re a product comparison website and we do not represent any company we feature on our site. We provide general information on products to assist you in your buying decision process hence we cannot recommend product / service that is rightfully fit for you.
Hope this helps! Feel free to message us anytime should you have further questions.
