True Legend of Zelda fans have the chance to win some exclusive hands-on time with Breath of the Wild at 2016's EB Expo.

How Hyrule are you? That's the question Nintendo are posing to Australia's biggest fans of the Legend of Zelda series. Nintendo Australia is giving true Tri-force heroes the chance to express their love for the iconic series in a bid to win some intimate time with the same Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild demo that was showcased at E3 2016.

To compete for the golden ticket (an EB Expo Play Pass), fans simply have to share a photo, video or link that demonstrates their undying love for our hero in the baggy green. The way you express your fandom is totally up to you. Nintendo has offered up a few suggestions, ranging from collection photos, fan-art, musical compositions, some next-level cosplay, even a letter to the Princess herself.

There are a handful of important competition details to consider for entering:

  • Your entry will likely be used for marketing purposes by Nintendo Australia
  • There's a 5MB limit for attached photos, so keep those videos short and sweet
  • You need a valid EB Expo 2016 Sydney ticket to be eligible
  • You can only enter once
  • Prizes are non-transferrable

Check the full list of terms and conditions here.

If you happen to miss the initial competition, but still planning to head to the Expo, you can compete for a chance at the event. For those latecomers, Nintendo will be running a Legend of Zelda Instagram booth competition and a Cosplay Competition. So come donning your finest tunic.

The competition is open for submissions now.
