Just like in the classic cartoons, the Flintstones and the Rubbles are modern Stone Age families. After Fred lends Barney some money, Barney decides to return the favour by helping his friend get a promotion. Unfortunately for Fred, the promotion comes with strings attached and he soon finds out that money doesn't buy happiness.

With excellent production values for its time and some memorable performances, this live-action version of The Flintstones is a must-watch for fans of the franchise. Even better, it's a movie the entire family can enjoy, filled with delicious puns and zany Stone Age antics.
