Five years in the making, It Will Be Chaos tackles the European refugee crisis. The documentary features two stories of refugees on their journeys to the E.U. and unfolds between Western Europe and the Balkan region.

It Will Be Chaos tells the story of Aregai, who survives the 2013 sinking of a migrant boat off the island of Lampedusa but finds himself trapped in the broken Italian immigration system and flees to Sweden in his quest for political asylum. Viewers also learn about a Syrian family from Damascus, who travels together through border crossings, checkpoints and refugee detention centers to hopefully reach safety.

Poignant and insightful, It Will Be Chaos has a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes, with critics praising it for offering an intimate portrait of migration and showcasing true stories of refugees with compassion and grace. If you like factual television, this doco is not to miss.
