Home Alone 2: Lost In New York

Home Alone 2: Lost In New York

Year released

Adventure, comedy, crime

One year after Kevin McCallister was left home alone and had to defeat a pair of bumbling burglars, he accidentally finds himself stranded in New York City – and the same criminals are not far behind.

Cast and crew

  • Macaulay Culkin
  • Joe Pesci
  • Daniel Stern
Set one year after the events in the original, Home Alone 2 sees Kevin accidentally stranded in New York, with enough cash and credit cards to turn the Big Apple into his own playground.

Too bad he runs into the notorious Wet Bandits, Harry and Marv, still recovering from their last encounter with Kevin. This time around, they will do everything they can to make sure the little guy won't ruin their holiday heist plans.

The stakes might be bigger, but Macaulay Culkin remains a delight in the lead role, offering a performance for the ages. Plus, the movie is laugh-out-loud funny and has just enough heart to balance things out. A highly entertaining watch for the entire family.
