UFC 290 Volkanovski vs RodrÃguez fight preview
Alexander Volkanovski last stepped into the octagon to try and take the lightweight title from Islam Makhachev.
He controversially lost on a points decision, delivering only the second loss of his career and his first since 2013.

Now Volkanovski heads back to featherweight where he's won his last 5 championship fights.
He'll face Yair RodrÃguez, who was crowned interim featherweight champion when Volkanovski stepped up a weight division to take on Makhachev.
This bout will determine who reigns supreme in the featherweight division.
Volkanovski is a good tactician but RodrÃguez is unpredictable and possesses good speed.
We think though Volkanovski will have enough to take back his featherweight crown and once again reign in the division where he's spent the past few years on top.
