The Sydney Roosters and Canberra Raiders have everything to play for when they battle it out at Central Coast Stadium on Saturday night.

SUMMARY: Roosters vs Raiders is exclusive to Fox League. If you're an existing Foxtel customer you're all set, otherwise your best option is to watch on Kayo Sports. You can watch for free using this 14-day trial.

The Roosters and Raiders meet for the first time since last season's bruising, brutal, epic semi-final and once again there's plenty to play for. The Roosters need a win to stay in touch with the top four following last week's shock loss to the battling Brisbane Broncos.

Ricky Stuart's Raiders just need a win, their season already teetering on the edge after dropping six of their last seven games. Their record in Gosford is bleak: they've lost all six NRL outings at Central Coast Stadium, dating all the way back to 2000.

Sydney Roosters vs Canberra Raiders 2021 match preview

Raiders' record at Central Coast

Expect the Roosters to be breathing fire on Saturday night. They must respond to the disaster of last week's loss to Brisbane. It was their first loss to a team outside the eight this season.

Despite their injury list and suspensions to Victor Radley (five matches) and Angus Crichton (two), they can steady the ship this week. They face the 11th-placed, free-falling, injury-riddled Raiders, who looked cooked against the Storm last week. They never win in Gosford anyway.
