Second meets third in a legitimate early season NRL blockbuster as the Melbourne Storm play host to the Cronulla Sharks.

Unless you're already an existing Foxtel customer with the sports package, your best option is to watch live on Kayo Sports. You can watch for free using this 14-day trial. Having each tasted defeat just once in the first 5 rounds, both Melbourne Storm and Cronulla Sharks are coming off big statements last weekend.

Melbourne Storm backed up their 44 point drubbing of the Bulldogs with a strong away win against a Canberra team that has troubled them in recent times.

The Sharks blitzed a struggling West Tigers outfit to make it 4 wins in a row after dropping their Round 1 clash with the Canberra Raiders.

When is the Storm vs Sharks clash?

The game gets underway at 7:35PM AEST on Saturday 16 April at AAMI Park in Melbourne, the home of the Melbourne Storm.

Who will win Storm vs Sharks?

These 2 sides have played some big matches over the years, and this one is certainly important in the direction they both might take from here.

The Storm continue to produce results despite regular list changes and departures at the end of each season. They are showing the type of form that would suggest another premiership is not out of reach for coach Craig Bellamy's team.

The Sharks danced around the edges of the top 8 last year and have certainly taken another step forward.

Both sides are scoring freely, but the Storm's 74-point fortnight has been scary, and we think at home they'll find a way to win again.
