New service Disney Plus is enjoying quite the successful launch down under thanks to its generous library of content. From kids' favourites and hit shows like The Mandalorian to holiday classic movies like Home Alone, there are plenty of appealing titles streaming on the new platform, some of them unavailable anywhere else.
Disney Plus comes with great device compatibility too, so you can watch on web browsers, smartphones, or on the big screen.
Unfortunately, there are some not-so-great news as well. If you're wondering if you can watch Disney Plus on Telstra TV, the answer is no. While you can access Disney Plus from game consoles and compatible smart TVs. Streaming media devices like Chromecast and Telstra TV aren't currently on the list.
However, it's expected for Disney Plus to add even more compatible devices in the future. There are also rumours of potential partnerships so it's very likely that the service will be available on Telstra TV as well, hopefully sooner rather than later.
That's usually the case when a new service hits the market: things are rarely perfect from the get-go. As you might remember, Disney Plus didn't feature a Continue Watching option at launch, which was frustrating for some users.
Nonetheless, the company fixed this issue in a timely manner, so you can now keep better track of the titles on your watchlist and pick off from right where you left off.
The same goes for device compatibility, although it's worth mentioning that Disney Plus is offering plenty of options for watching on everything from the small to the big screen.
