New service Disney+ is enjoying quite the successful launch down under thanks to its generous library of content. From kids' favourite to hit shows like The Mandalorian to holiday classic movies like Home Alone, there are plenty of appealing titles streaming on the new platform, some of them unavailable anywhere else.
Plus, Disney+ comes with great device compatibility, so you can watch on web browsers, smartphones, or on the big screen.
Unfortunately, there are some not-so-great news as well. If you're wondering if you can watch Disney+ on Telstra TV, the answer is no. While you can access Disney+ from game consoles, compatible smart TVs, and streaming media devices like Chromecast, Telstra TV isn't currently on the list.
However, it's expected for Disney+ to add even more compatible devices in the future. There's also rumours of potential partnerships so it's very likely that the service will be available on Telstra TV as well, hopefully sooner rather than later.
That's usually the case when a new service hits the market: things are rarely perfect from the get-go. As you might remember, Disney+ didn't feature a Continue Watching option at launch, which was frustrating for some users.
Nonetheless, the company fixed this issue in a timely manner, so you can now keep better track of the titles on your watchlist and pick off from right where you left off.
The same goes for device compatibility, although it's worth mentioning that Disney+ is offering plenty of options for watching on everything from the small to the big screen.
The platform is compatible with Amazon Fire TV Stick and Google Chromecast, Android and iOS devices, Xbox One and PS4, as well as select smart TV. Check out the full list of Disney+ devices for more info.
