Collingwood vs Adelaide match preview
Collingwood launched their new era in style last week, kicking 100 points for the first time in a long time, and unearthing some exciting kids in the process. They also overcame a fade out in which the Saints kicked 5 consecutive goals at one stage to take the lead.
Adelaide were lucky to be in the game at half-time after being completely outplayed. To their credit they lifted and fought back hard but they will need a lot more out of their midfield group if they are to compete.
The Crows do have 2 exciting forward prospects in Josh Rachelle who kicked 5 on debut, and Riley Thilthorpe, but the Pies' strength through the middle might hold the key to this one, and they should go 2-0.
