How to watch Carlton Blues vs North Melbourne Kangaroos AFL live and match preview

Posted: 24 July 2021 9:45 am

Carlton are in form and knocking on the door of the top 8 as they face bottom team North Melbourne in round 19.

SUMMARY: Blues vs Kangaroos is exclusive to Fox Footy, there is no free-to-air coverage. Unless you're already a Foxtel customer, your best option is to watch live on Kayo Sports. You can watch for free using this 14-day trial.

Carlton have won 3 of their last 4 games and are all of a sudden pushing to play finals. The Blues will like their chances against North Melbourne this weekend.

The Roos might be last on the AFL ladder, but they're far from the worst last-placed team we've ever seen. Their recent form also suggests their time at the foot of the table won't be long.

When is Carlton vs North Melbourne?

The opening bounce is at 1:45pm AEST at Marvel Stadium on Saturday 24 July.

Who will win Carlton vs North Melbourne?

Carlton's victories in the last month have all been against their fellow bottom-half teams – Adelaide, Fremantle and Collingwood – but a win is a win is a win. And anyway, what would we be saying about the Blues had they lost any of those games?

They've not faced North Melbourne this season. The last meeting between the teams, in round 8 last season, saw Carlton defeat the Roos for the first time since 2014.

For Carlton and their coach David Teague, finals beckons and while the Kangas are no pushover, form suggests Carlton should have enough in this one.
