How to watch Canterbury Bulldogs vs Parramatta Eels NRL live and free

Posted: 2 August 2020 10:43 am

After a shock upset last week can the Bulldogs prove to the Eels that it wasn't a fluke? Here's how to watch Canterbury vs Parramatta.

SUMMARY: Bulldogs vs Eels is live and exclusive to Fox League. So unless you already have access to Fox Sports, your best bet is to watch live on Kayo Sports. You can watch NRL for free using this 14-day trial. This gets you access to all Kayo's unique features and 50 other live sports.

Old rivals Canterbury and Parramatta will add yet another clash to the history books when the Dogs take on the Eels. The only problem is unlike the 80s when these two were playing out grand finals against each other the Bulldogs now sit at the opposite end of the ladder.

The Bulldogs did manage an upset victory over the Knights last week. Over the last fortnight Canterbury have looked better under interim head coach Steve Georgiallis, but Parramatta have been one of the form teams of the competition.

When is Bulldogs vs Eels?

Bulldogs vs Eels kicks off at 2pm AEST on Sunday 2 August. It will be the first game played at ANZ Stadium since round two.

Who will win Canterbury vs Parramatta?

These two teams actually kicked off the NRL season and the Eels prevailed 8-2. Since then the Eels have only been on the up cementing themselves in the top four of the ladder. While Canterbury have sat in last position for almost the entire season. Even with the Bulldogs' slight form turnaround the Eels will start as convincing favourites.

Eels winger Blake Ferguson is enduring a long try-scoring drought. After a spectacular put-down last week that got pulled back due to an error in the lead-up, Ferguson has now not scored a try since week one of the finals last year. We'll back Fergo to end his tryless run with a double in an Eels victory.
