Adelaide vs Richmond match preview
Both teams had underwhelming first up matches and find themselves sitting near each other on the ladder outside of the top 8.
It's of course only week 2 and things may take a turn soon enough.
Richmond plucked a last minute draw from Carlton in the opening round, with a goal in the dying seconds.
But the Tigers failed to take full advantage of their opportunities, missing some relatively easy shots on goal.
The Crows had a disappointing loss against the Giants in searing heat, after leading in the first half.
The main news for Adelaide after round 1 was a 3-match ban given to forward Shane McAdam for a high bump.
There was a lot of focus during the week on the appeal to overturn the ban, which was unsuccessful.
Even with that distraction, we'd expect Adelaide to notch up their first win of the season here.
