Get “infinite” data when you sign up to an iPhone 12 plan with Vodafone

Vodafone's iPhone 12 plans come with the closest thing to unlimited data in Australia, and the prices won't break the bank.

Excited about the new iPhone finally being revealed? You're not the only one! After being plagued by delays due to COVID-19, pre-orders for the iPhone 12 have begun tonight and you can grab it on a plan with Vodafone. It has even cut the monthly price on its plans to make them that much more enticing.

Check out the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro plans from Vodafone. These are currently on pre-order, with the official release date on 23 October.

Vodafone plans come with an "infinite" data feature, which means you won't get charged for going past your monthly data limit – it will just slow your speed down instead. Depending on which plan you're interested in, your "slowed down" mobile data speed might not be slow at all.

The throttled speed you get on Vodafone's Ultra plan is actually equal to the second lowest speed tier available on the NBN. With 25Mbps, you can comfortably continue to stream HD videos, browse the web and fit in some FaceTime with your friends and family.

Thanks to Vodafone's current promotional pricing, it's currently offering the cheapest iPhone plans in Australia. Until 12 November, you'll score $5-$20 off your monthly plan price (depending on which plan you sign up to). Vodafone is also giving you extra data on some of its plans. We've indicated these special offers in a green box in the table above.

Besides all this information on pricing, you'll also get access to Vodafone's 5G network since the iPhone 12 is Apple's first 5G capable handset. You'll need to be within Vodafone's coverage area to experience it though. Vodafone's 5G network is currently the smallest, but it plans to cover 85% of the Australian population by the end of 2021.
