VIP perks for Citi customers at Noodle Night Markets

Sally McMullen 5 October 2017 NEWS

Treat yourself to food and drinks in the comfort of the VIP Citi lounge at the Sydney Night Noodle Markets.

It’s that time of year again! Kicking off tonight, the Night Noodle Markets will call Sydney’s Hyde Park home until 22 October 2017. As if the promise of 40 stalls offering a delicious selection of Asian cuisine isn’t enough, Citi is also offering cardholders exclusive perks throughout the festival.

If you show your Citi card at the entry, you can spend your night in the bank’s VIP area. Under strings of fairy lights, you can enjoy your meal with plenty of tables and chairs (which can be hard to find throughout the market) and your own dedicated bar. If you’re super keen, you can make table bookings 72 hours in advance of each night of the markets. Depending on availability, tables will also be available for walk-ins during the night.

If you don’t want to leave the comfort of your VIP area, you can even order your food through the Citi Concierge service. This way you’ll avoid the queues and your food will be delivered right to your table!

Always an Instagram-worthy event, visitors are encouraged to share their Noodle Market photos using the hashtag #CelebratewithCiti. Not only are you bound to pick up a few likes, but you’ll also automatically go into the draw to win a once in a lifetime cooking experience for two with Citi Dining ambassador, Gary Mehigan. The two lucky winners with the most creative photos will be flown to Melbourne for two nights. There they’ll tour the popular Prahran Market with Gary and select fresh produce at his favourite stalls to use in their cooking masterclass with the celebrity chef.

As the national presenting partner of Good Food Month, this isn’t the first time Citi has hosted a VIP space for its customers. In 2016, close to 4,000 Citi customers spent over $150,000 at the markets! That’s a whole lotta noodles.
