Vinomofo Review: Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Club Mofo. By joining Club Mofo, you’ll be sent a dozen bottles of white, red or mixed bottles of wine every three months and at Christmas, and you’ll save between 40-60% off each case.
  • Vinomofo credits. If you invite friends to join Vinomofo and they make a purchase, both you and them will earn a $25 credit, and there’s no limit to how many friends you can get to sign up.
  • Wine culture. Vinomofo is also a supporter of wine culture, and has a blog, articles and VMTV that members can browse through.

Cons

  • Membership. To take advantage of the deals offered by Vinomofo, you’ll have to sign up and become a member.

Vinomofo shipping information

There’s a flat rate of $9 shipping charge, however if you purchase 3 or more cases at one time shipping is free. They also have special free shipping events on site regularly.

Vinomofo deliver with Nexday, and it usually takes 3-5 working days for East Coast capitals, 5-10 working days for other metropolitan and regional areas. Delivery may exceed 10 or so days to some country areas. A more accurate timeframe is provided on checkout which is based on your postcode.

Vinomofo always try to get your wine on the way ASAP. If a case has been delayed slightly in the warehouse, they will send it separately.

Adding delivery instructions to your order is the best way to have a successful delivery. For example, if you’re not home, the driver can leave it somewhere safe on the property. Otherwise, perhaps your work address may be more suitable.

Vinomofo does not offer international delivery, but they will offer this service in the future.


Vinomofo refunds, exchanges and returns

Vinomofo offer a 100% Mofo Happiness Guarantee, so if you are unhappy with the wine you have ordered, you can return it. If you’d like to return your wine you can get in contact with Vinomofo and they will arrange to have the wine collected. Then, they can send you a replacement, credit your account, or give you a full refund for your purchase. You’re able to try up to two bottles of the case to be able to return it.
