Why you’re going to want the new Vans ComfyCush range
Get your hands on the new line that will make you feel like you're walking on clouds.Vans is without a doubt one of our favourite shoe brands. The iconic skate brand has long gifted us the perfect fusion of footwear that's both easy to style and comfy as hell. And now, they want to go one better.
The brand has just announced the launch of its ComfyCush collection. The line combines one of their most iconic silhouettes, the Era, with new comfort technology. The innovation is based on 50 years' worth of customer feedback, so you know they're going to be good.
Each of the kicks in the ComfyCush range is made of a combination of foam and rubber to create the ultimate cushioning for your weary feet. The updated classics also feature tongue tie-downs for improved fit and added arch support.
Best of all, you don't have to sacrifice style for this new found foot freedom. The 38-piece range has all your favourite slip-on, lace-up, high-top and low-top styles. They're just even comfier.
The Era silhouette has been around ever since 1976, after pro-skaters like Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta asked Vans to create a skate shoe that was functional and comfortable. The shoe became a fast favourite both in the skating community and in the fashion world, and hasn't stopped improving ever since.
From improving its design to creating new iterations with collaborators like Purlicue, the brand is determined to have you decked out in the coolest kicks around.
When and where can you shop the range?
The ComfyCush line was released on 22 February, meaning that there's absolutely nothing to stop you getting your hands (and feet) on a pair of these babies. You can shop them through Vans as well as from usual stockists like Platypus Shoes and THE ICONIC.
The collection ranges in price from $109.99-$149.99, which is on par with Vans' usual pricing.
