Posted: 2 November 2017 1:22 pm

A secluded getaway with breathtaking views of the Australian outback. Welcome your new luxury glamping experience.

Hotel name: Bubbletent Australia

Where: On a working farm between Lithgow and Mudgee

What’s unique about this property:

There’s nothing that’s not unique about this new accommodation in Australia’s outback. These bubble tents are located on a 1000+ acre property that’s a working farm about 200km northwest of Sydney.

The location overlooks the second largest canyon in the world, Capertee Valley, making for some incredible views which are unimpeded as the bubble tents are completely clear.

Each tent is equipped with a queen size bed and iPad so you can use it to help you find your zodiac sign in the stars while you stargaze. It’s the perfect romantic getaway or ultimate bestie trip and an experience of a lifetime.

What is there to do in the area?

The property is set in an Important Bird Area (IBA) so birdwatching is some of the best in the world here.

This kind of accommodation is all about being one with nature so activities include stargazing, trekking, watching for eagles or taking pictures of the moon with the telescope. Or you can choose to relax in the hammock, day bed, sit by the fire and enjoy the epic sunsets across the valley.

Activities within an hour's drive include wine tasting, fishing, helicopter tours of the valley, water activities and more.

What do other people say?

Bubbletent Australia only recently opened in October 2017 so there are few reviews, but so far the feedback has been stellar. One guest claimed that “it felt like a luxury hotel in the middle of nature.”

Previous guests have mentioned that the beds are very comfortable, the views are spectacular and all rave about the unique experience.
