Triple your Woolworths Rewards points this Easter
Plus, score an extra 3,000 bonus Woolworths Rewards points when you shop online.
From today until Easter Monday 2 April, you can score 3x Woolworths Rewards points per $1 spent in-store and online at Woolworths. You can usually earn 1 Woolworths Rewards point per $1 spent, so this would triple to 3 points per $1 spent this week.
This is a targeted (although we believe reasonably widespread) promotion, so you should’ve received an email regarding this offer if you’re a Woolworths Rewards member. Before you go shopping, you can activate the deal online and then you can scan your rewards card at the checkout or link your card to your online account to collect the extra points.
Plus, if you’re shopping online at woolworths.com.au, you can earn an extra 3,000 bonus points if you spend $150 or more and enter the code 3K167 at the checkout.
If you spent $150 online, that means you’d earn 3,450 Woolworths Rewards points! Considering you’d usually have to spend $3,450 to earn this many points, it’s an easy way to give your balance a boost. You could redeem this bonus points offer for $10 off your shop (2,000 points with points to spare). If you prefer frequent flyer points, you could also transfer them to Qantas Points. With the exchange rate of 0.43 Qantas Points per 1 Woolworths Reward, this bonus points haul could get you 1,501 Qantas Points.
If you do prefer to earn Qantas Points directly, don’t forget that you can now earn 2 Qantas Points per $1 spent when you shop at Woolworths Online via the Qantas Online Mall. So if you spend $150 at Woolies through the Qantas Online Mall, you’d earn 300 Qantas Points. While this is usually the most competitive way to earn Qantas Points when you shop online with Woolworths, you’ll get more value out of the current Woolworths Rewards promotion if you spend $150 and take advantage of the triple earn rate and bonus 3,000 Woolworths Rewards.
This 2 Qantas Points per $1 earn rate doesn’t apply to in-store purchases, so you should keep that in mind when deciding the best way to earn points on your Easter eggs this week.
